General Terms and Conditions
They govern the relationship between Eron X IT and the customer — the formation and term of the contract, the rights and obligations of both parties, payment terms, notice periods and limitations of liability.
A customer who is a consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute arising from a service agreement. The out-of-court body for electronic communications services is the Czech Telecommunication Office, and for other services and device sales the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
